Blu Koller

Terms of Service

Last updated 8 November 2026

These terms are an agreement between [COMPANY NAME] (ABN [ABN]) ("Blu Koller", "we", "us") and you. They apply when you use Blu Koller on the web (app.blukoller.com) or in the Blu Koller mobile app (together, the "Service").

By creating an account or using the Service you agree to these terms and to our Privacy Policy. If you use the Service for a business, you confirm you are allowed to agree on its behalf, and "you" includes that business.

1. The Service

Blu Koller helps trades and field-service businesses manage customers, jobs, scheduling, quotes, invoices, payments records, price books, team members and timesheets.

The Service is currently offered as an early-access release to invited businesses. Features may be added, changed or removed as it develops, and some parts may not yet work as smoothly as a finished product. Please tell us about anything that doesn't work as expected.

2. Your account

  • You must be at least 18 years old and give accurate details when you sign up.
  • Keep your password secret and don't share your account. You are responsible for what happens under it.
  • Tell us straight away at [CONTACT EMAIL] if you think someone else has used your account.

3. Businesses, roles and team members

The person who creates a business in Blu Koller is its owner. The owner (and anyone the owner allows) decides who can join the business, what role each person has and what each role may do. The business is responsible for the people it invites and for removing their access when they should no longer have it.

One account can belong to several businesses, with a different role in each. Each business's information is kept separate from every other business.

4. Plans, trials and fees

  • Each business is on a plan (currently Solo, Team or Business) that sets how many app users it can have and which features it includes.
  • An access code from us gives a business a free trial of a plan for the number of days shown when it is created. When a trial or paid plan ends, the business becomes read-only: you can still sign in and see your information, but you can't change it until a plan is active again.
  • There is no charge during early access. Before we charge for the Service we will tell you the prices and payment terms, and you will need to agree to them. Nothing will be charged without that agreement.

5. Your information

You own the information you and your team put into Blu Koller, such as customers, addresses, jobs, quotes, invoices and worker details ("Your Data"). You give us permission to store, copy, process and display Your Data only as needed to provide, secure and support the Service. How we handle personal information is explained in our Privacy Policy.

You are responsible for having the right to enter Your Data, for its accuracy, and for meeting the privacy laws that apply to you, for example telling your customers and workers how you use their details.

6. Acceptable use

You must not:

  • use the Service for anything unlawful, misleading or harmful, or to send spam;
  • try to access another business's information, another person's account, or parts of the Service you aren't allowed to use;
  • test, probe or get around the Service's security, or upload viruses or harmful code;
  • copy, resell or reverse-engineer the Service, except where the law allows it;
  • overload the Service, for example with automated requests.

7. Maps, addresses and travel times

Address search, map locations, travel times and directions use Google Maps Platform. By using these features you also agree to the Google Maps/Google Earth Additional Terms of Service and acknowledge the Google Privacy Policy.

Travel times are typical driving times plus your business's buffer, not live traffic, and map results can be wrong. Check addresses, schedules and travel before relying on them.

8. Your business decisions

Blu Koller is a tool. Its quotes, invoices, tax (such as GST) amounts, dashboards and warnings are calculated from what you enter, and you are responsible for checking them and for your own tax, accounting, employment and legal obligations. Nothing in the Service is tax, accounting, financial or legal advice.

9. Availability and changes

We aim to keep the Service available and your information safe, but we can't promise it will always be available or free of errors. We may need to pause it for maintenance or urgent fixes. If we make a change that significantly reduces what you can do, we will give you reasonable notice where we can. Keep your own copies of important documents, for example by sharing or downloading quote and invoice PDFs.

10. Australian Consumer Law and our liability

Nothing in these terms excludes, restricts or changes any consumer guarantee, right or remedy you have under the Australian Consumer Law or any other law that cannot be excluded.

To the extent the law allows: (a) where we fail to meet a consumer guarantee, our liability is limited to supplying the Service again or paying the cost of having it supplied again; (b) we are not liable for indirect or consequential loss, or loss of profit, revenue, data or goodwill; and (c) our total liability to you for all claims is limited to the fees you paid us for the Service in the 12 months before the claim arose.

11. Suspension and ending

  • You can stop using the Service at any time and ask us to close your account (see our Privacy Policy).
  • We may suspend or end access if you seriously or repeatedly break these terms, if it is needed to protect the Service or other users, or if the law requires it. Where reasonable we will warn you first.
  • When a business closes its account, the owner can ask us for a copy of its information within 30 days. After that we delete or anonymise it within a reasonable time, unless the law requires us to keep it.

12. Changes to these terms

We may update these terms. The date at the top shows the current version. If a change is significant, we will tell you by email or in the app before it takes effect, and we may ask you to agree to the new version to keep using the Service.

13. Law and contact

These terms are governed by the laws of [STATE], Australia, and the courts there can hear any dispute. If you use the Service from another country, you also keep any rights your local consumer laws give you that can't be excluded.
